Meet Roshni Patel, a dynamic HR leader and founder of Thrive HR Consulting, where she partners with organizations to navigate complex workplace challenges and drive growth! She is renowned for delivering high-impact solutions to a diverse range of organizations—from talent acquisition and benefits administration to leadership coaching and staying compliant in shifting regulatory environments. With a keen understanding of evolving workplace dynamics, Roshni equips organizations to excel and adapt in a competitive landscape.

She has demonstrated a steadfast commitment to HR advancement through her previous service as Chapter President and as a dedicated member of the Kern County SHRM Board from 2017 to 2022, where she worked alongside Board members to spearhead initiatives for professional development, chapter engagement, and strategic growth, including steering engagement and fiscal strategies during the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. She has been a proud member of SHRM since 2013. Roshni is passionate about mentoring emerging HR professionals and is actively involved in fostering the next generation of leaders by engaging with the CSUB SHRM Student Chapter, the CSUB Career Conference, and previously serving as a mentor through the RAMP Program.

Roshni holds a BA in Psychology with minors in Organizational Management and Child Development from CSU Bakersfield, plus a Master’s Certificate in Human Resources from Cornell University, solidifying her expertise and ongoing dedication to the field.
