Consider sponsoring a paid Email Blast.
Kern County SHRM will send one promotional sponsored email blast per week; sold on a first-come, first-served basis. These email blasts will be scheduled weekly on Wednesday. In addition, you will receive one social media post that coincides with the release date.
To reserve an email blast:
- Complete the Kern County SHRM sponsored Email Blast online submission form.
- Upon review / approval, Kern County SHRM will provide an invoice for the email blast(s).
- Our team will create a test copy and send for your review/approval.
Kern County SHRM will schedule your email blast(s) upon payment and approval of email blast content by the organization.
Content should be ready to send as presented (word document) and if you’d like it linked to a URL, be sure to provide that link. Kern County SHRM does not offer design services. Kern County SHRM reserves the right to decline the promotion of any event or product that it deems to be in conflict with Kern County SHRM’s overall mission, the interests of our members, or Kern County SHRM’s own events and/or products and services. All content is subject to approval by Kern County SHRM in advance.

$300 each or a package of 4 to be spread out across the calendar year for $1,000

Kern County SHRM eBlast Request Form
PLEASE NOTE:
- Kern County SHRM will send out one (1) promotional e-blast per week on Wednesdays only.
- Kern County SHRM reserves the right to decline an eBlast request if the content of the submission competes with an upcoming Kern County SHRM event.
- A test copy will be provided to the individual submitting content for approval prior to distribution. Your eBlast copy will be sent as approved. Kern County SHRM does not offer any design or editing.
PAYMENT
- An invoice will be shared within two business days. Payment is required prior to distribution.
