Christy has been a leader in human resources and operations for over 20 years. She has diverse experience in logistics, manufacturing, and staffing across multiple states with a passion for People Enrichment. In 2022, she graduated Magna Cum Laude from The Pennsylvania State University (WE ARE!) with her Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Leadership. She earned her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) HRCI certification in 2023. Christy is a proud member of Leadership Bakersfield Class of 2024. In June 2025, she graduated with her Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Western Governor’s University (Let’s Go Night Owls!) and completed her micro certification in HR Technology and Analytics for Decision Making. Christy has served on the board with Kern County SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) since she moved to California in 2019 and will sit for her SHRM-SCP certification in February 2026. She believes in giving back wherever she can and volunteers with multiple organizations throughout Kern County.
